These 29 guides exist because they are the markets clients ask us about most often. They are not a coverage map. We regularly recruit in cities with no page here — Madurai, Trivandrum, Vijayawada, Kanpur, Dehradun, Raipur, Bhopal and Amritsar among them — and for remote and hybrid roles the location matters far less than the sector.
If we do not have real depth in a market, we will tell you that when you brief us rather than after we miss the deadline. That is usually the more useful answer anyway: sometimes the right move is to widen the search, change the shift pattern, or hire remote.

We are headquartered in Surat and deliver nationwide from one accountable team — the city pages on this site are market guides for the places we are asked about most, not a limit on where we work. If your location is not listed, it is not a problem; tell us the role and we will tell you honestly what the local market looks like.
Does SForce have offices in every city listed?
No, and we will not claim otherwise. Our office is in Katargam, Surat. Every other city is served by a named consultant who knows that market and its pay benchmarks, working to the same 48–72 hour shortlist standard. We would rather be straight about that than imply a branch network we do not have.
Can you run hiring across several cities at once?
Yes. Multi-location mandates run under a single SLA through one named account director, with one candidate database, consistent pay bands by role grade and one consolidated report. Local interviewing and induction stay local. This is how most of our enterprise work is delivered.
How do you know a local market you do not have an office in?
Consultants specialise by sector rather than by postcode, so they carry pay benchmarks, employer maps and candidate networks for their sector across cities. Where we do not have real depth in a market, we say so before taking the brief rather than after missing the deadline.
Which cities does SForce hire in most?
Surat is our home market and the largest single share of our work, particularly BFSI, sales and fresher hiring. Beyond that, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Pune, Bengaluru and Kolkata are the most frequent, with growing volume across eastern India — Patna, Bhubaneswar, Ranchi and Guwahati.
Do you recruit for remote and hybrid roles?
Yes. A significant share of the technology and corporate roles we fill are hybrid or fully remote, which widens the candidate pool well beyond the client's own city — often the fastest route to filling a hard role.
