Telecaller / Customer Support
Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow up with leads and support customers. Good Gujarati and Hindi communication is required. An office-based role with fixed hours.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer queries across calls, email and chat
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Follow process SLAs and quality standards
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues
What we're looking for
- Good communication and basic computer skills
- Attention to detail and reliability
- Comfortable with fixed or rotational shifts
- Freshers welcome with the right attitude

- CTC: ₹1.8–2.6 LPA + incentives where applicable
