Submit a vacancy or contact us with the role. A consultant calls to calibrate the brief — the success profile, compensation and timeline — and we begin mapping the market, usually with a shortlist back within 48–72 hours.

How does SForce pricing work?

Direct placement is success-based — you pay only on a successful hire. Staffing runs on transparent agreed rates, and RPO and executive search on managed or retained models. We share a clear proposal up front with no surprises.

Is there a replacement or placement guarantee?

Yes. Permanent placements carry a replacement guarantee, and executive appointments a 12-month leadership guarantee — if a hire doesn’t work out within the agreed period, we find a replacement.

Are there any upfront fees for employers?

For success-based direct placement there are no upfront fees — you pay on a successful hire. Retained search and RPO engagements are structured transparently and agreed before we begin.

How quickly can SForce deliver candidates?

For most roles we deliver a qualified shortlist within 48–72 hours of taking the brief. Senior and executive searches typically reach an accepted offer in around 30 days.

How does SForce find and assess candidates?

We map the market and approach both active and passive talent, then run structured screening, skills and culture assessment, and referencing — so you meet a calibrated shortlist worth your time.

How is executive search different from regular recruitment?

Executive search is a confidential, mapped process for senior leadership — discreet approaches rather than public postings, with deeper assessment and board-level calibration. It is a distinct practice from volume recruitment.

Can a search be kept confidential?

Yes. Sensitive and replacement searches run on a strict need-to-know basis with NDAs as standard, so nothing becomes public until you decide to announce it.
