These Terms of Use govern your access to the SForce website and your engagement with SForce Recruitment Pvt Ltd (formerly SForce Services) ("SForce", "we", "us"). By using this site or our services, you accept these terms.

1 · Acceptance of terms

By accessing this website, registering with us or engaging our services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

2 · About us & our services

SForce Recruitment Pvt Ltd provides recruitment, staffing, RPO and executive-search services in India. Information on this site is general in nature; specific engagements are governed by a separate written agreement between SForce and the client, which prevails in the event of any conflict.

3 · Use of this website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse it, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, or use it in any way that may damage, disable or impair the site or interfere with others' use of it.

4 · Client engagements & fees

Recruitment fees, payment terms and any guarantees are as set out in the relevant engagement agreement or our written proposal. Unless otherwise agreed, direct-placement fees are payable on a successful hire. Candidates introduced by SForce are provided in confidence for the client's own evaluation and may not be shared with third parties without our consent.

5 · Candidate terms

Our services are free of charge to candidates. You agree that the information you provide is accurate and lawfully shared, and that we may present your details to prospective employers to consider you for roles. Registering with us or applying to a role does not guarantee an interview, offer or placement.

6 · No guarantee; hiring decisions

All hiring and employment decisions rest solely with the client and the candidate. While we screen with care, SForce does not warrant the suitability, conduct or performance of any candidate or client and is not a party to the resulting employment relationship.

7 · Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, design, graphics, logos and the SForce name and marks — is owned by or licensed to SForce and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our prior written permission.

8 · Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep confidential the non-public information shared during an engagement and to use it only for the purpose for which it was provided.

9 · Limitation of liability

The website and information are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, SForce shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, and our total liability arising out of or in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the fees actually paid to us for that engagement.

10 · Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold SForce harmless against any claims, losses or expenses arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the site, or any inaccurate information you provide.

11 · Force majeure

SForce shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, strikes, network or power outages, or government action.

12 · Third-party links

This site may link to external websites that we do not control and for which we are not responsible.

13 · Termination

We may suspend or withdraw access to this website, or end an engagement, in accordance with the relevant agreement or where these terms are breached.

14 · Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts of Surat, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

15 · Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, with the effective date shown above.
