Run social media, basic SEO and ad campaigns for the SForce brand and our clients. Creative, analytical candidates with hands-on tool experience preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer queries across calls, email and chat
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Follow process SLAs and quality standards
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues
