Resolve customer queries over calls, email and chat for a corporate process. Freshers are welcome, with rotational or fixed shifts available.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer queries across calls, email and chat
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Follow process SLAs and quality standards
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues

- Good communication and basic computer skills
- Attention to detail and reliability
- Comfortable with fixed or rotational shifts

- CTC: ₹1.8–2.8 LPA + incentives where applicable
