Handle data entry, documentation and process support for client operations. Good MS-Office skills and attention to detail are required.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer queries across calls, email and chat
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Follow process SLAs and quality standards
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues

- Good communication and basic computer skills
- Attention to detail and reliability
- Comfortable with fixed or rotational shifts
