Branch Manager — Insurance

Lead a branch sales team for an insurance partner — drive targets, recruit and coach advisors, and own branch performance. Proven BFSI team-handling experience is essential.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads and achieve monthly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Advise customers on suitable products and close deals
• Report performance and pipeline to your manager

What we're looking for

• Strong communication in Gujarati, Hindi and English
• Target-driven, confident and self-motivated
• Two-wheeler preferred for field roles
• Relevant experience as listed; freshers considered
