Tele Counsellor (Fresher)
Guide callers to the right option over the phone. Tele counsellors answer enquiries, understand what each caller needs, explain the choices clearly and follow up until they decide. Freshers welcome, with training provided.
Key responsibilities
- Call and answer enquiries from interested callers
- Understand each caller's needs and explain suitable options

What we're looking for
- 12th pass or graduate; freshers welcome
- Clear Gujarati / Hindi, basic English
- Patient listener with a helpful, persuasive manner
- Basic computer knowledge
