Team Leader — Sales
Lead and motivate a field sales team to hit targets, review daily performance and report to management. Prior team-leading experience in BFSI or retail is preferred.
Key responsibilities
- Generate leads and achieve monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Advise customers on suitable products and close deals
- Report performance and pipeline to your manager
What we're looking for
- Strong communication in Gujarati, Hindi and English
- Target-driven, confident and self-motivated
- Two-wheeler preferred for field roles
- Relevant experience as listed, as described above
