Job Description:

  • Identifying & Recruiting potential Insurance Agents, Consultants, or Advisors.
  • Driving business targets through Insurance Advisors and Consultants.
  • Coaching and preparing Advisors for higher productivity.
  • Support and Motivate to Agents and Consultants to achieve their Goal
  • Preparing strategy & achieving targets on a monthly, quarterly & annual basis

Requirements of Candidates:

  1. Minimum 1 to 2 Years of sales experience required.
  2. The minimum qualification is graduation.
  3. Good Communication Skills
  4. Good Presentation Skills
  5. Must have a Bike and Driving Licence.
  6. Must be local.
